For the month of December we will be outlining this process for you to utilize for your new home remodeling project in 2020.

Step 2 – Procurement

One of the most important steps of a remodel is starting with quality materials. We have been building homes in the Las Vegas valley for over 30 years and this has provided us with many quality material suppliers and craftsmen. This translates to quality products and service to you.

We will begin ordering cabinets, procuring custom granite or other materials to craft the components to your kitchen, once you have finalized your contract with us. This will include any applicable municipal building permits. This requires us to identify from your design the structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing plans. If necessary we then take these plans to outside engineers for review. Essentially, this step of the process entails converting your kitchen renovation design into construction documents, submitting them for construction permit approval and getting approval finalized.
